Pumpkin Art

I have a niece that I have always called Pumpkin. She is currently living seven hours away in Tallahassee, while attending Florida State for Graduate School.  When I saw this idea on several Pinterest Boards I immediately thought of her and wanted to make her one.  The picture was the first one I made.  I had the frame, paper, and glue, so off to Dollar Tree I went and purchased two pumpkins.  I placed the paper under the mat but on top of the glass, then used foam glue and attached the pumpkin haves to the paper.  I was so happy with it and set it up on my fireplace to dry.  A hour later of noticed the glue was running onto the paper and mat!  Needless to say the mat got messed up.  I have sanded it but it shows a little.  Anyway, the other day I was pulling out my fall decorations and while picking up a pumpkin it fell apart in my hands splitting right in half.  I took that as a sign that I needed to make another one for her.  So the single pumpkin picture is my second attempt with this simple picture.  Just remember to lay flat to dry!

I have been looking for those everywhere! Which Dollar Tree? They don't have them at the one in Covington.

If you go there again, will you get me about 5 of them? Are they all the same or different styles?

Wait! Are these little? I'm looking for the bigger ones they used to have.
